About the company

Starting business in 1969, Tomás Castro Silva created the brand RICO in 1976

Initially with the manufacture of calenders and drilling machines, it decided to expand the range of products from 1979, the year in which it built the first hydraulic press brake. Later on, it produced the first guillotine shears in 1982, year in which it started the export activity in a sustained way.

 

Result of a sustainable strategy, RICO continues today to be a company with family roots that values quality, innovation, proximity and partnership with customers.

 

In a constantly evolving world, RICO keeps up with the latest technological developments by developing and manufacturing its products internally from scratch.

RICO International sells all kind of tools adapted to the models, business and all kind of consumables adapted to our Laser Cutting machines. Based on machine design technology optimized through a rigorous structural analysis, our partner HK Laser & Systems has been manufacturing ultralight and high-precision laser cutting machines for over 25 years.
